1. 9, the birds were deaf.
2. 0, the gun shot scared the birds away.
3. 9, his gun had a silenter.

No matter what you say, the answer would be wrong!!!
Oh ya, you can make up other answers like, 20, 1was shot down so there were none but then 20 flew on the tree.
